To officially secure your logistical route, a retainer (10–20% of the total) is required upon contract authorization. The remaining balance is handled securely upon delivery.

Is my vehicle insured during transit?
Absolutely. We mandate full bumper-to-bumper cargo insurance policies for every carrier we contract — standardizing at minimums of $100,000 for Open, and $250,000 for Enclosed transit.
What is the expected transit duration?
Procurement is generally executed within 1 to 5 days of asset availability. Delivery schedules range from 2-3 days for regional transits to 7-10 days for cross-country routing.
May I include personal cargo in the vehicle?
You may securely stow up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk/storage area. Please note that external personal items are exempt from the carrier's vehicular cargo insurance policy.
